A bell in
every room.

Guests scan the code in their room, at their table or by their pitch, and ask for what you offer in a couple of taps. Your team sees it straight away, says who's on it, and marks it done.

Free for 14 days. No card needed.

The request list on the reception tablet: new requests from the lobby, room 2 and room 3 in columns per group, and Anna on the towels for room 4.
The guest page on a phone in room 4 of The Birch House, with tiles for cleaning, food and drink, a taxi, late checkout, something broken and something else.

The guest, in room 4

Your team, at the desk

Room 4 would like two towels.

Here is that request with Bellbee, from the guest's phone to the linen cupboard. Nobody rings reception, nobody writes it on a sticky note, and nobody walks up the stairs twice.

  1. The guest's phone: Extra towels, how many, set to 2, with an optional note and a Send request button.

    The guest asks

They scan the code on the desk, tap Extra towels and send. No app, no account, nothing to type.

  2. Anna's phone: the request list with Room 4, Extra towels, 2, sent just now, and a large I'll do it button.

    Anna's phone chimes

She sees the room, what they want and how long it has waited. She taps I'll do it, so nobody else goes too.

  3. The guest's phone again: under Your requests, Extra towels, 2, marked On its way.

The guest can see it's coming

Their page now says On its way. There is no need to ring and check.

  4. Done.

Anna drops off the towels and taps Done. Five minutes, and nobody picked up a phone.

Not a hotel? It works the same.

A place is anything you can put a code on, and what people can ask for is up to you. If guests, members or visitors need things from your team, Bellbee fits.

Hotels and B&Bs
A code in every room, one at the breakfast table. Towels, breakfast, a late checkout.
Holiday parks and campsites
A code on every cabin or pitch. Firewood, a gas bottle, the heater that stopped.
Holiday homes
One code per house. Extra bedding, the hot tub, a lift from the station.
Offices and coworking
A code in every meeting room. Coffee for six, more chairs, a screen that won't connect.
Spas and wellness
A code in each treatment room and by the pool. A fresh robe, water, a towel.
Marinas
A code on every jetty. Power, fresh water, a hand with mooring.

What we left out

Guest apps tend to grow into everything: chat, upselling, loyalty points, a settings page for every feature. Bellbee does one job, for guests who have never seen it before and staff who have no time to learn it.

An app to download
The code opens a web page. It works on any phone, with no account and no password.
A chat to keep up with
Guests pick what they need and answer a question or two. You don't end up in forty conversations.
A workflow
A request is New, On it or Done. There is no approving, assigning or escalating.
Settings to get wrong
Big tiles or a list, which breakfast times have already passed: Bellbee works it out, so there is nothing to set.
A setup call
Start from a template for your kind of place, untick what you don't offer and print your codes.

Ready before your next guest arrives

  1. Pick what guests can ask for

Start from a template for a hotel, B&B, holiday home, campsite or wellness hotel and untick what you don't offer, or start empty and add your own. Every item can ask a question or two: which day, what time, how many.

  2. Add your places

Rooms, pitches, tables, meeting rooms. Type Room, 101 to 112, and you have twelve, each with its own code. A row at a time, or all at once from a spreadsheet.

  3. Print the codes

One wherever people might need you. A code in a shared space, like a lobby, asks which room. The page also has its own link, for your booking emails.

The console, editing Breakfast: title, description, icon and who handles it, and the question When would you like it.
Change an item and see what guests will see as you type.

Your team hears about it straight away

Leave a tablet on the desk, or keep it on your phone. A new request chimes, shows how long it has waited, and turns orange when it has waited too long.

I'll do it
One tap says who's on it, so two people don't both walk to room 12 with towels.
Groups
The kitchen sees breakfast, housekeeping sees towels, and anyone can still help out.
Any screen
A phone, the desk tablet or a laptop. Everyone picks a list, a grid, columns or a table.
The request list as a grid on a tablet: new requests for a taxi, breakfast, extra towels and a packed lunch, each with an I'll do it button.
Anna's phone: Room 4, Extra towels, under On it, with You are on it and a Done button.

See what your guests ask for

The overview shows what's open, how fast requests are picked up and what guests asked for most this month. If extra towels top the list every month, maybe put more towels in the room.

The console overview for The Birch House: 6 open now, 47 in the last 7 days, picked up in 5 minutes typically, a chart of requests per day and the things asked for most, led by extra towels.
